Matson, Inc.;
Michigan Sporting Goods Distributors, Inc.;
Norco Delivery Service, Inc.;
Overstock.com, Inc.;
R & L Carriers, Inc.;
Retail Convergence.com, LP;
Sierra Data Systems, Incorporated;
Silverware Software;
Stride Rite Children's Group, LLC;
TELUS International (U.S.) Corp.;
Wilson Trucking Corporation; and,
WTS Paradigm, LLC.

As of the filing date of these lawsuits, ArrivalStar and Melvino are represented by William Ronald McMahon, Esq. of the McMahon lawgroup. ArrivalStar and Melvino have brought similar actions throughout the United States. They have also filed similar actions in the Southern District of Florida in January and February of this year and throughout 2011. The first suit ArrivalStar and Melvino filed in the Southern District of Florida was on July 16, 2010. Some of the patent lawsuits filed by ArrivalStar have been stayed and others have reached favorable settlement terms. The Electronic Frontier Foundation ("EFF") is actively seeking to invalidate U.S. Pat No. 7,030,781 (a/k/a the "Jones Patent").
